  <About/>

</lwilsonsmith>

Born and raised on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, I knew from a very early age that my career would involve technology and the internet. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree from Kenyon College in 2009, I embarked on my first attempt at the world of the web. Since then I have gone from being just a “user” to a professional developer in a short number of years.

Working with various clients and startups in all types of settings, I have been able to build my portfolio, sharpen my skillset and broaden my fundamental knowledge of all things digital.

I specialize in designing and developing user interfaces and digital products. I don’t restrict myself to development. During my career, I have taught myself to code in both front and back-end languages. I know the possibilities and restrictions of user interfaces and I know how to operate in teams.

On a personal level, my number one passion will always be baseball. Having played in college and semi-professionally, it has always been an active part of my life. My other passions involve movies, dogs, exploring new restaurants and spending time with friends and family.

The blend of design, marketing, development and business is where I feel I excel and can provide value for you. I am a strong individual with a love for side-projects which enhance people’s personal & professional goals.
